We do not accept insurance or Medicare for functional medicine visits or treatments, including high-dose Vitamin C IV therapy and nutritional infusions. These services are self-pay, and payment is due at the time of service. We do not submit insurance claims or provide billing forms or diagnostic codes for reimbursement of these services.
Some blood tests ordered through an outside laboratory may be billed to your insurance directly by the laboratory. Coverage and any out-of-pocket costs depend on your plan and the specific tests. Please check with your insurance provider and the laboratory before testing.
